The Fastest Way to Free Chipotle

Chipotle “Extras” were created as a way to make the whole loyalty program feel like a game, complete with personalized challenges, achievement badges, and most importantly, all extra points.

As a Senior Designer on the Chipotle design team at GALE, I helped conceptualize and design a visual system for the program and executed numerous CRM campaigns over two years.

4.7 million extras were earned in just the 3 months helping expand the Chipotle Rewards program from 18M to 25M+ in 2021.
